I’m Jake Anthony, an independent web design consultant based in Liverpool. This page explains what happens to any information you share with me through this website. I keep it simple and I don’t sell your data — ever.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send me. If you fill in the enquiry form, that’s your name, your business, your email and whatever you write in the message. I use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about your project.

How the form works

The enquiry form is handled by a third-party form service, which passes your message on to me by email. Your details are used to deliver that message and nothing else.

Analytics

If any privacy-friendly analytics are in use, they only ever tell me rough, anonymous things — like which pages are popular. No creepy tracking, no selling anything on.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just get in touch and I’ll sort it. I only keep enquiry details for as long as I need them to help you.
