An independent web design consultancy in Liverpool, just me. You deal with the person doing the work.
How it works

Simple, friendly, and no faff

Four steps, one person, about two weeks. You always know what’s happening and what it costs, because you’re dealing with me, not a chain of people. Here’s exactly how it goes.

1

We have a chat

You tell me about your business, your customers and what you want the site to do, more calls, more bookings, looking the part, or just finally having something you're proud of. This bit's free and there's no obligation: if I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.

Takes 20–30 minutes, by phone, WhatsApp or over a coffee if you're local.

2

I plan it and quote it

I map out the pages your site actually needs, no bloat, no paying for things that won't earn their keep, and agree a single fixed price with you up front. You'll know the exact number and the timeline before a penny changes hands, so there are no surprises later.

You get the plan and the price in writing. From £249, fixed.

3

I build it

I design and build the whole thing myself, no juniors, no outsourcing, no hand-offs. I'll share it with you as it comes together so you can see it taking shape, and you get a proper look and a real say before it goes anywhere near live. We get the words right together so the pages actually sound like you.

You review it on a private link and tell me what to tweak.

4

We go live, and I stick around

Your site goes live on your own domain, set up properly and ready to be found on Google. I don't vanish the moment it's live: I'm still here for the updates, the small changes and the odd 'how do I…?' question. You've got a real person to call, not a ticket number.

Usually about two weeks from our first chat to going live.

You own the website and the domain, with no lock-in. It's yours.

Your bit

What I’ll need from you

Barely anything to get going, and I’ll help with whatever you’re missing.

  • A rough idea of what you want, even 'I don't really know' is fine; that's what step one's for
  • Your logo if you've got one (no bother if you haven't, I can help)
  • A few photos of your work, your place or your team, real ones beat stock every time
  • The basics: what you do, where, and the things customers always ask you
After you’re live

I don’t just build it and vanish

Plenty of people have been burned by someone who took the money, put the site live and was never seen again. That’s not how I work. Once you’re live I can host it, keep it updated and safe, and handle the small changes as your business moves on, hours change, prices change, you add a service. You message me, a real person (me) replies, usually the same day. It’s an ongoing relationship, not a scare.

Questions

The things people usually ask

How long does the whole thing take?
Usually about two weeks from our first chat to going live, once you've got your bits to me. Bigger sites take a little longer, but you'll always know the timeline before we start, no open-ended 'it'll be ready when it's ready'.
What do you actually need from me?
Less than you'd think. A chat about the business, your logo and a few real photos if you have them, and the basics of what you do and where. If you're missing bits, I'll help you sort them, I've done this plenty of times.
Do I have to be techy?
Not at all. That's the whole point of dealing with me, I handle the technical side so you don't have to. I'll show you how to use anything you need to, in plain English, and I'm on the end of a message if you get stuck.
Will I see it before it goes live?
Always. You get a proper look on a private link and a real say before anything goes public. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
What if I want changes after it's live?
That's normal and expected, businesses change. Small tweaks are part of looking after you, and for bigger changes I'll always tell you the cost up front. You're never left stuck waiting on a faceless support queue.
What if I already have a website or a domain?
No problem. Send me what you've got and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding or just tidying up. If you already own a domain, we keep it, it's yours.
