Skelmersdale’s a town built with purpose, one of the post-war new towns, planned around good road links and serious space for business, which is why it’s home to such a concentration of distribution, logistics and industrial firms today. Sitting right between Liverpool and Wigan, on the M58, it’s exceptionally well-connected, and, as it happens, right on my patch. That local-ness matters: whether you’re a big operation on one of the estates or a small business serving the town, you get a proper web person who’s genuinely nearby, understands the area, and won’t charge you agency money for the privilege. Building you the right website is my job.
Built for how business works here
Skelmersdale’s economy leans heavily on distribution, logistics and industry, and those firms need a particular kind of website, one that proves capability and reliability to the businesses that buy from them, and makes it easy for the right decision-maker to get in touch. But the town’s also full of smaller local businesses serving the community. Whichever you are, I build around your actual customer rather than dropping you into a one-size-fits-all template, so the site does the specific job you need it to.
Found by the customers who matter
Whether your customers are other businesses or the local community, the job is the same: turn up when they search. So I build you to be found for the terms your buyers actually use, local searches for a community business, trade-specific ones for a B2B operation, and get your Google presence working, so the right enquiries land with you rather than a competitor who was easier to find.
A real person who’s close by
Being genuinely nearby counts for more than people think. I can come and see you, get a proper feel for the business, and you know that if something needs sorting there’s a real person a short drive away, not a ticket in a queue. No account managers, no hand-offs, no runaround: you deal with the person building your site, and you’ll usually get a same-day reply.
Who I build for
Distribution, logistics and industrial firms, trades and services, shops and independents, and growing small businesses across Skelmersdale. First proper site or a replacement for a tired one, the aim’s the same: get found by the right customers, look capable, and turn that into work.
Fair price, proper work
The starting figure is £249, fixed before anything’s built so the number stays put, and you finish owning the site and domain outright with nothing tying you in. A larger or more technical job gets a plain, honest quote up front, so there’s never a surprise at the end.
